Class focused on performing strength, flexibility and resistance postures, mixing hatha and power yoga at an intermediate level. 

In this class you will do sequences that will lead you to complete muscle activation and connect with your breathing, so that you can challenge your limits and find stability in each asana.

People from 15 years old, with previous experience in yoga (excluding those who have an injury and/or disability, due to the physical demands of the practice).

Taught by

María Francisca Acuña is an actress by profession and has perfected herself in various courses and workshops, focused on physical, gestural and mime theater, with part of her project being the vindication of this art, with Colectivo Mimético. At the same time, she has participated for 5 years in the musical La Pérgola de las flores (Cía Milenium), enhancing her skills as a singer and troupe dancer. 
Related to Yoga, his interest was born at the UC Theater School in 2009, where he learned about the practice as part of the training in some movement courses. He decides to make it part of his life and takes classes at the Iyengar Yoga Room (La Reina), with instructor Francisco Ríos Etcheverry. After that, he takes private Hatha Yoga classes with the actor and instructor Alejandro Ferreira, with whom he applies what he previously learned. In recent years, he has used these two significant experiences in his practice, plus the knowledge acquired self-taught with online material.
