Social preexistences

The Film Series: Social Preexistences brings together documentaries that investigate the collective dimension of architecture. Beyond the physical, these stories address struggles for housing, forms of community organization and experiences of resistance that transform buildings into living scenes of identity and cohesion.

They will be presented No one gave up here (Mauricio Nilo), Matta Viel housing complex: enhancement of architectural heritage and community life (Leonardo Suárez) and Fabra & Coats, industrial heritage and social housing (Roldán Berengué architects), works that value architectural pre-existences as resources to think about the present and project futures where the care of the common is central.
