A film series that reflects on the urgency of rethinking the city from the renewal of what exists, showing how demolitions, reappropriations and citizen struggles are transformed into scenarios of resistance against planned obsolescence.
The Film Series: Renewal and Transformation brings together audiovisual productions that question the urban future through intervention on what has already been built.
The demolition drama (House Europe!) and Power to renovation (House Europe!) will be presented, films that explore how the processes of demolition and reappropriation become tools of resistance, opening the possibility of projecting new ways of inhabiting the city and rethinking its social dynamics.
