The work revolves around a sock called Colorín that lived in Paris and arrives in Chile after being discarded. There she discovers other abandoned clothes and embarks on an adventure to promote responsible consumption.

Presentation of Chilean initiatives that incorporate emerging technologies to support sustainability in fashion.

4pm | UNIACC Master Talk: Redesigning the future: situated and sustainable practices in fashion in the Southern Cone
A journey through experiences and methodologies that link innovation with local roots, exploring how fashion and design schools can become platforms of change for a more conscious, collaborative and responsible future.
Dictatorship: Pablo Giménez, Uruguayan designer and founder of Integra Pablo Giménez, a study house specialized in fashion, with an emphasis on design, production and communication.

17h | The chain of prevention, recycling and textile recovery in Chile
Conversation with textile managers, upcyclers and recyclers on recovery strategies and extension of the useful life of clothing.

The panel seeks to open the dialogue to a critical conversation about how to think about design beyond aesthetics, and how clothing can become a tool of change towards a more just, regenerative future and driver of the local economy.

7:30 p.m. | Inherited Fabrics: The textile heritage of Chile
Conversation with local researchers, artists and designers who will share experiences in relation to the richness of Chilean textile heritage from the cultural, historical and symbolic value. The panel seeks to generate a dialogue that connects tradition, memory and innovation from a critical and respectful perspective.
