Festival that will celebrate gastronomic culture and the art of good eating. At GAM there will be photo exhibitions, ÑAM INNOVA (30 presentations with ideas that feed the world) and stands with tastings.
Under its premise: “Ideas that feed the World”, Ñami brings Ignacio Medina (journalist, renowned Spanish food critic and writer), Anita Epulef (Chilean Mapuche chef), Jorge Carrión (Chilean agricultural engineer), Valentina Vives (Chilean free seeds network) and Narda Lepes (Argentine chef, Boca de Lobo restaurants).
