On April 3, 1972, the building that today houses GAM was inaugurated for UNCTAD III. To celebrate, GAM and Ñam offer a common pot of contemporary cuisine in association with restaurants in Lastarria. At the same time, Ñam Innova will be held on April 1 and 2 at GAM, with workshops, talks and conversations.

The ninth version of the ÑAM Latin American Cooking Festival, which will take place between April 1 and 7, will have as its main motto “LET'S CHANGE THE WORLD BY EATING”, a story that talks about the importance of food and the social changes that we can all generate around food.

IN GAM the ÑAM INNOVA will be held, a gastronomic meeting of social innovation where relevant actors, national and foreign, from the food areas that host different areas of social gastronomy, such as environmental sustainability, social justice, cultural promotion and heritage protection, will coexist.

The PECHAKUCHA (rotating short and precise exhibitions that tell about innovative food projects) will be joined by activities such as BACKGROUND DISHES (talks by great guests that promote social changes) and PROFESSIONAL WORKSHOPS (theoretical classes by experts in cooking, management and hospitality).
