Initiative that invites you to visit museums and cultural centers in different places in the country, between 6:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m. and free of charge. In this new version, you will be able to discover the following exhibitions and activities at GAM and at night.

1-. GUIDED TOURS
- FAMILY HERITAGE: What is meant by modern art? What is the importance of the encounter with the arts, as a family? How to rediscover and reinterpret a work of art? The family guided tour is an attractive and fun way to learn about the history of the GAM building along with works of modern and contemporary art that are distributed in the building. Through games and dynamics of analysis and discussion, families will be able to delight in arts and culture. Guided tours every hour. From the information point.

Tour of the building
- LA CASA LOBO: An exhibition to immerse yourself in the dreamlike and macabre universe of the award-winning film of the same name by León & Kitchen. An installation in which visual arts and stop motion animation cinema dialogue. Along with the exhibition, the MDMN 2018 day will have 2 guided tours led by León & Cook at 8 and 10 p.m. Registration at info@gam.cl (until November 16, at 3 p.m.). Limited spaces

Visual Arts Room
- BEHIND THE SCENES: In 8 years of operation, the GAM representation rooms keep many stories in every corner. This guided tour, which will take place at 6 p.m. in Room A2, will present, from a technical perspective, how this space dedicated to the Performing Arts works and is prepared to be able to set up and develop the shows on the GAM billboard.

2-. GAM VOICES INTERVENTION
Under the premise “We are Teachers, we sing the Memory of a Country, We Raise a Collective Voice”, the choir of 27 GAM teachers gathers around group singing as a democratic act in the classroom and will demonstrate it on the MDMN day with a musical intervention, in Hall A at 8 p.m.

3-. ACTIVITIES IN ROOM MAP
- Exhibition of "The Art of the Hands". Documentary series of 12 chapters that seeks to recognize and disseminate the tradition and cultural heritage of the most prominent artists of the Central Zone of Chile. Realized by Carla Cari and Imagen Mestiza.

- Guided tour of the exhibition "Stamps of Excellence in Crafts. 10 years of creation". Based on the works of Chilean artisans, attendees will be invited to intervene, imagine and create a collaborative work of art.

- Concert a la Carte: Maicol Theory. Intimate concert where they will present part of their discography and perform songs at the request of the public.

4.- SWINGTIAGO IN MIDNIGHT MUSEUMS
Swingtiago brings to GAM a clandestine meeting, with swing dancers and musicians for Midnight Museums 2018. Once again, swing dancing is in full swing in Chile and there are already many fans who move to the rhythm of the 30's. The Lindy Hoppers - swing dancers - take over public spaces to dance and practice. On this occasion, Plaza Oriente will be the stage. Don't miss the opportunity to swing dance and get to know the Chilean Lindy Hop scene.
