Meetings on photography: The landscape in the lens

On this occasion we will delve into the composition of the photographic landscape, which enhances the natural beauty, but also the construction of the urban landscape. In addition, we will look for points of similarity and differences to elucidate why this genre of photography is so attractive to whoever looks at it. Finally, we will talk about the urbex movement and the abandoned landscape.

We will review the photographic material of landscape specialists such as the Chilean Ana María Ziebold and the rescue of her photographic work in On the Road; Tomás Munita and his outstanding work in the remote areas of Latin America and southern Chile; Max Donoso and his work that portrays the country's historical and intangible heritage. Likewise, we will get to know the Óxido austral collective, a project dedicated to the urbex movement in Chile.

This cycle will conclude with a cyanotype workshop, whose works will later be exhibited at BiblioGAM.
