Kindergarten children will share their astronomical knowledge at the Estrellitas de las Ciencias fair, organized by the Regional Associative Project, the Explora CONICYT North Metropolitan Region Program and GAM.

The Fair will bring together children from nursery school and first cycle who will present their astronomy work to the public.

Boys and girls participate in the Your Skills in Science initiative of the EXPLORA RM Norte program. Preschoolers will be arranged in various stands to explain the great mysteries of the universe, its planets and constellations.

“Little Stars of Science” will be held for the third consecutive year in the Plaza Oriente with "expert" girls and boys, who will make their science skills known to the community.

This third version, the activity will have the participation of 20 Preschool Education stands and five from the First Basic Cycle, this being the first edition of the exhibition that includes this segment.

In addition to visiting the prepared presentations by students and interact with their exhibitors, the public will have the opportunity to enjoy the Gadgets Exhibition related to Astronomy, where students and teachers will be able to learn about telescopes, stars and planets. Finally, you will have the opportunity to enter the Itinerant Planetarium, a dome that represents, like the large fixed planetariums, the immense Universe and its manifestations.

The participating educational establishments come from 13 communes of the Metropolitan Region: Santiago, Renca, La Reina, Ñuñoa, Vitacura, Colina, Lampa, Las Condes, Providencia, Pudahuel, Quilicura, Recoleta and Tiltil.
