Combining inspiring conferences, oral narration, scenic resources, live illustration and friendly technology, the playwright and director, Carol Aragón, together with the writer, Nicolás Cruz, will carry out the pioneering reading program for girls and boys, between 4 and 10 years old, which will have them deploying various actions in Cerro Navia, El Monte, Lo Barnechea, Puente Alto and Santiago.


May 9 11 a.m. | Launch of Literary Tours 2026

The Launch of Literary Itinerants 2026 marks the beginning of a reading circulation and mediation program promoted by Milagros Producciones, aimed at bringing literature, arts and contemporary creation closer to various educational and cultural spaces.

The activity brings together mediators, teachers, artists and reading communities in a day of meeting and presentation of the lines of work that will be part of this new itinerancy. In this edition the playwright Carol Aragón and the writer Nicolás Cruz Valdivieso participate, who will share part of their creative processes and proposals for artistic and literary mediation.

The launch seeks to strengthen access to reading from sensitive, participatory and territorial experiences, promoting dialogue between literature, performing arts and education.

May 23 4pm | Snail Storyteller

Caracol Storytelling is a reading and artistic mediation experience recommended for girls and boys from 4 years old, as well as family audiences. The proposal invites you to discover reading through play, imagination and sensitivity, integrating oral narration, objects, music, illustrations and active participation of children.

This storyteller was born from the work Caracol by the company La Poética Ilustrada and is inspired by the poetic universe of Federico García Lorca, taking as a starting point the delicacy, musicality and imagination present in his poetry.

The experience proposes a sensitive encounter with words and images, transforming stories into a close and participatory experience. Through tools of the performing arts and artistic mediation, it seeks to strengthen the emotional bond with books, stimulate reading curiosity and promote spaces for listening, creativity and collective encounter from early childhood.

June 6 12 noon | Meeting with the Author — Nicolás Cruz Valdivieso

The Meeting with the Author together with the writer Nicolás Cruz Valdivieso is an activity recommended for girls and boys from 7 years old onwards, which proposes a close and participatory space between the author and the reading communities.

During the meeting, the author will present his children's books Leo León: Las Aventuras de un Perro Campeón and El Viaje del Guarén Abelardo, sharing with the attendees the creative universes that give life to these stories. Based on these stories, he talks and reflects on the writing processes, imagination, the construction of characters and the importance of reading as a tool for creativity and expression.

The activity seeks to bring literature closer to girls, boys and mediators from a dynamic and sensitive experience, promoting dialogue, curiosity and an emotional bond with books and literary creation.
