The "Introduction Workshop to Systemic Pedagogy: the loving network for the art of teaching" is a theoretical and practical event aimed at basic education teachers to introduce them to systems theory and its application in the classroom.
Theoretical and practical workshop introducing the systemic view in the educational framework as a new way of approaching daily practice in the classroom and in the dynamics of the school community. Through this workshop, teachers will learn to look at the reality of the lives of children and young people as a whole linked to their family, social, cultural and historical systems, and how these influence the teaching, learning and personal development processes.
Participants will be able to gain a general knowledge of systems theory and its application in the social sciences; explore and compare the pedagogical thinking of Gabriela Mistral, with contemporary thoughts and practices of systemic pedagogy; Become aware of the application of a systemic perspective in contemporary creative and inclusive teaching and learning processes; acquire practical tools to apply in the classroom with the purpose of facilitating the relationship between the “child system” and the “school system”.
