Tomás Peters Núñez - Academic and researcher. Doctor in Cultural Studies from Birkbeck College, University of London, Master in Theory and History of Art and sociologist. He is currently the Responsible Researcher of the Initiation Fondecyt “Power, influence, knowledge and change in the configuration of recent cultural institutions in Chile: towards a sociology of cultural policies”, Co-Investigator of the Project (2023-2024) “Development of a Policy Model for the Chilean Cultural Industry: Lessons from South Korea” and Co-Investigator of the Regular Fondecyt "Film audiences in Chile: film culture, cinephilia and training processes".

María Paulina Soto Labbé - Doctor in American Studies. Current director of the Department of Cultures and Arts of the University of Santiago de Chile. She was Undersecretary of Cultural Heritage, Academic Vice-Rector and Rector of the University of the Arts of Ecuador and belonged to the boards of the USACH Cultural Corporation and the National Creative Economy Plan of Chile. He founded and coordinated the Department of Studies and Documentation of the National Council of Culture and the Arts of Chile for 8 years. As an independent consultant, she has been research director at Patrimonia Consultores S.A., member of the UNESCO pool of experts for the Convention on the Diversity of Cultural Expressions, advisor, lecturer and teacher in various instances of international cultural cooperation.

Sebastián Muñoz Tapia - Doctor in Social Anthropology (San Martín National University) and DJ. Researcher at the Millennium Nucleus in Musical and Sound Cultures-CMUS and the Department of Anthropology UAH.
