How do we refine our cultural development model? What are the problems that local and regional governments face in promoting cultural decentralization? What modifications do our public institutions require? What role does the legislative branch have? These are some of the questions that will be addressed at the Third International Seminar on Cultural Policies “The place of culture today.”
