Director Ignacio Agüero interrupts the filming of a group of young Chilean filmmakers to ask them what cinema is. A question that is not easy to answer. That's probably why Agüero asks the question, so that it remains there, accompanying us, forcing us to be attentive.
This documentary activates the need to think about cinema and ourselves, at the same time that it questions cinematography, that space that filmmakers seem to inhabit. Like all good cinema, Como me da la gana II does not tell everything, it knows that it cannot be done and that it is not necessary, but it leaves behind the idea that cinema can help us take ownership of that present that worries us. And for that the important thing is to allude and conjecture, leaving empty spaces, to give work to the wonder of the imagination.
