This year we will take a look at popular memory, valuing games and sports as part of our cultural heritage. GAM once again joins this national day, without losing its essence as a space where the meeting of arts, culture and people takes place. And where the variety of manifestations intersect in one place.
The activities with free entry will be:
Guided family heritage tours
Guided tours in family format to the original heritage art collection from the seventies, which was rescued after the military coup and the fire of the building in 2006. They are sculptures and paintings by artists such as Sergio Castillo, José Venturelli, among others.
In addition, the 12 and 1 pm tours will include a performing arts intervention by the Company Zero Meridian. "1, 2, 3 for me and for all my teammates" is a game based on a single action: play! Valuing the encounter, union and cultural legacy of traditional games through Physical Theater - Dramatic Body Mime.

Guided tours of the exhibition "The toy in popular art"
Exhibition that brings together pieces from Latin American countries such as Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico and Chile. In addition to toys belonging to the historical collection of the MAPA, there are others recently made by toy makers who continue to carry out their trade to this day. Among the great diversity of the collection, dolls, kites, gear toys, sound and rolling toys stand out.

Practical cardboard puppet workshop
An instance where the objective is to show girls and boys that they themselves can create their toys with everyday objects or those that are normally discarded. And along with the reuse of materials, remember the heritage of entertainment implements for children and adults.

Family Hula-Hula Workshop
Hula-la is the group in charge of promoting and professionalizing the art of the popular hula hoop as a complementary tool in various disciplines. It is not only a game, but it contributes to the development of other skills such as dance and body expression, in addition to mastering tricks with the body, including stretching, aerobic exercises and muscle toning.
