We inform you that throughout the month of February, the GAM and BiblioGAM building will be closed for general public access for repair and maintenance.

GAM closes its doors until Monday, March 2, to work throughout February on repairs and adjustments that will protect the heritage value of the building and continue offering the public the quality infrastructure that arts, culture and people deserve.

During 2014 GAM received 4,758 daily visits, from Monday to Sunday, representing a 65% increase in relation to the visits registered in 2013. The building hosted 64 weekly activities. A year, 900 performances were held in a performing arts room only. Added to these are music programming, visual arts, training and audience development activities, activities in open spaces and in BiblioGAM.

The work includes the repair of the pavement of the external and internal plazas, which makes it necessary to close for the safety of the public. Painting of rooms, dressing rooms and walls, maintenance of air units, recovery of interior floors, washing of chairs, replacement of tiles in Plaza Central and waterproofing of Plaza Zócalo, among many other arrangements, have already begun.

GAM regrets the inconvenience that these works may cause to visitors and invites them to enjoy its 2015 artistic program since March with more than 40 premieres in different disciplines.

For those who attend the first week of February:

- People who have tickets for Altertango will be able to enter from the Alameda access with their ticket in hand to room A2.
- Those who wish to buy tickets, GAM Ticket Office will operate from 4 to 9 p.m. from February 2 to 8.
- Those who require a refund for La Noche Obstinada and Radicales Libre tickets can do so until February 8 at the aforementioned Box Office times.

We appreciate your understanding.
