A laboratory that invites older people to encounter reading and writing as spaces of memory, reflection and personal expression.

Through different texts, we will explore the intimate worlds of various authors, approaching forms of autobiographical writing present in letters, life diaries and other personal documents.

Each session will combine moments of shared reading with personal writing exercises, aimed at activating memories, experiences and insights into one's own life. The process will culminate with the creation of a collective publication in fanzine format, which will bring together texts created by the participants during the laboratory.

This space seeks to encourage active participation, emotional well-being and the exchange of experiences among those who are part of the process.

Important: Registered people are requested to be available to attend all laboratory sessions.
