1st rain of Books

Sixty-four national publishers will form what will be the 1st Book Rain, a fair organized by the Association of Independent, University and Self-Employed Editors (Editors of Chile). Of them, 31 are members of the organization.

The idea of ​​creating this fair arose after verifying that during the first half of the year there was no space that would highlight the Chilean edition. The most relevant fairs are concentrated at the end of the year: Primavera del Libro, FILSA and La Furia del Libro.

It will be the opportunity for publishers to show their news, be in contact with their readers, promote reading and show Chilean books.  There will be everything from fiction to technical publications, literature, politics, architecture, social sciences, art and endless topics. There will be older and younger authors, books for children, teenagers and adults with various interests.
