Vivo Yoga 2023
A weekend to connect, breathe, relax and meditate. More than 30 free activities for people of all ages, presented by SEGUROS SURA.
You can participate in disciplines such as Ashtanga Vinyasa Somatic Hatha Yoga, moving meditation, circular dances, Indian martial arts, Chinese disciplines, family yoga, for babies, boys and girls; yoga for seniors and people with disabilities; yoga to regulate anxiety and body awareness, for diversity, as a couple and many more. In addition, we will have an entrepreneur fair, healthy food and sales of associated products.
