A mother who cannot communicate with her child, a young man who does not go out dancing and a child who does not play with others. All for the same reason. Omission and silence is a scenic exercise that addresses the experiences and problems of people who cannot hear.
Incommunication and defense of one's own language are key in this work, created from the perspective of deaf and hard of hearing people. It has dramaturgy by Karen Bauer and direction by Loreto Cruzat.
The omission and the silence is presented within the framework of Incluye, Fifth Meeting for the Social Inclusion of People with Disabilities in the Field of Culture and the Arts, which is held at GAM on Thursday, August 29 and Friday, August 30. The meeting program and registration will soon be available on gam.cl.
