Historian graduated from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile. She has worked in cultural management in the private sector, and since 2010 she has been executive director of the Gabriela Mistral Center. Under his direction, GAM has been characterized by having contemporary and diverse programming with an emphasis on audience training and access to culture.
Before leading GAM, Alejandra came from managing the Corporate Affairs and CSR division of Scotiabank. Previously he worked for more than a decade as External Affairs Manager for BHP Billiton (operator of Minera Escondida).
