There will be two days of panels and artistic programming in this Second Meeting for the Social Inclusion of People with Disabilities in the field of Culture and the Arts.

Precisely, the artistic programming will include the screening of this controversial documentary (for people over 18 years old), a work that delves into the rights and quality of life of people with disabilities, without complexes, without censorship and without discrimination.
The programming will begin on Wednesday with an inclusive audiovisual concert, where young people with ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) will play the role of directors of an ensemble in a format that mixes audiovisual with sign language and sounds.
A sign language choir will also be presented, the product of a workshop led by María Siebald, an outstanding artist who directs the Nerven&Zellen Performance group. In the activity, participants will perform a popular song by a national artist in sign language (whether or not they have a disability).
Among the national panels, the following stands out: “Presence of disability in the media.” They will exhibit the faces of the programs “Diarios de Tricicleta” and “La Rueda Patrimonial” on TVN, as well as “Conciencia Inclusiva” on CNN Chile.
Another interesting debate will take place in: “Mechanisms of public-private association around inclusion”, which will have representatives from the Ministry of Social Development, SENADIS, National Council of Culture and Teletón Foundation.
The Encuentro Includes closes a process that began in April with the holding of five inclusive artistic workshops (music, dance, theater, art and graphics).
