HK Human Capital, a company dedicated to headhunting and executive selection, is looking for a professional with experience in managing cultural spaces, knowledge of different artistic disciplines and the ability to strengthen the Gabriela Mistral Cultural Center Corporation as a national and international reference center in performing and musical arts, a heritage meeting place for citizens; and to plan its expansion.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of work experience, of which more than 5 years in leadership roles within the cultural or artistic field.
- Experience in the design, planning and management of cultural projects.
- Have successfully designed and managed economic sustainability and fundraising strategies.
- Knowledge of the different artistic disciplines, of the national and international environment.
- Ability to foresee trends in the cultural field, generating national and international strategic alliances that add value to management and generate resources.
- Possess knowledge and/or experience in administration and management of institutions of similar complexity to the Gabriela Mistral Cultural Center Corporation.
- University degree and intermediate spoken and written English level desirable.
