Contribute to the development of the innovative ecosystem in Chile. That is one of the main drivers of the Avonni Awards, which are presented annually by the Innovation Forum Foundation, TVN and "El Mercurio", and which last week entered into the right direction with the election of the finalists who will compete in the 15 categories that seek to recognize the leaders of innovation.
This year there were 553 projects that applied, of which 460 went to the evaluation stage of the 90 experts who, in TVN offices, chose the 46 projects that remain in competition for the awards ceremony, which will take place on November 6. On this occasion, exceptionally, due to the quality of the projects, 4 finalists were selected in four categories and in another 2 categories, due to the power of the proposals, only two finalists remained.
The most important award for Chilean innovation will be presented on November 6.
These recognitions have been carried out for eight years, with the support of the Government through Corfo.
