With a total investment of $31,176 million in preliminary works and civil works, financed by the Ministry of Public Works, the second stage of the GAM consists of the construction of a large performance hall of 15 thousand square meters, with the capacity to receive up to two thousand spectators. The completion of the works is scheduled for mid-2017.
