The event was hosted by Patricio Sabaté, and at the beginning of the celebration there was an audiovisual tour of the productions made by the TRR, and then continued with a few words of congratulations from the Minister and President of the Council of Culture and the Arts, Mr. Ernesto Ottone and also from the Mayor of the Illustrious Municipality of Rancagua, Mr. Eduardo Soto. Next, an agreement was signed with the sponsoring companies of the Regional Theater of Rancagua, Agrosuper, Schwager Services, ME Elecmetal, CGE Distribución and Metrogas, after which the agreements were signed between municipal and regional theaters for the creation of the First Theatrical Stage Network of Chile, with the objective of carrying out itineraries and productions of works among the members, in addition to coordinating efforts, actions and knowledge about the theatrical productions; part of this network are the Municipal Theaters of Santiago, Municipal de Las Condes, GAM, Municipal de Temuco, Fundación Cultural de Providencia, Fundación CorpArtes, Ceac Universidad de Chile, who were present through their directors or representatives, this network has its initial motivation for the application for competitive funds from the culture council, this agreement had been signed by the directors of the Regional Theater of Maule, Corporación Cultural de Concepción and the Aula Magna of the Federico Santa María University and Rancagua.
To conclude the gala, the Rancagua Chamber Choir performed for the first time at the TRR, a project that has been carried out since March, under the direction of Cuban teachers Eduardo Díaz and Eleomar Cuello; as well as a tribute to Rayén Quitral, on the occasion of the 100 years of his birth, and ending with Händel's Dixit Dominus presented by the NuevoMundo Orchestra and Choir.
