The recognition is based on the positive results obtained in the last measurement of the instrument CEAL-SM/SUSESO (Work Environment Evaluation Questionnaire - Mental Health). This state tool measured internal climate indicators within GAM, evidencing real and concrete progress in mitigating psychosocial risks and promoting a protective and healthy workspace.
From administration it was pointed out that these results not only ratify the path taken, but also act as an impetus to consolidate good practices in the organization.
Through an internal statement, the institution emphasized that this milestone does not respond to an isolated effort, but to the commitment of all its sectors.
