The rebellion of the voices 2022

The new version of The Rebellion of Voices 2022 and EDLEC has expanded its borders. Along with presenting texts, 4 Chilean texts and texts from Austria, Croatia, Spain, France and Italy, this year they join, from Latin America, Argentina, Panama, Uruguay and Costa Rica, through the European fund EULAT4 Culture; a EUNIC fund (European Union National Institutes of Culture) for cultural projects between Europe and Latin America.

This 2022, the meeting is committed to maintaining the audiovisual format for European and Latin American works, which will be performed by casts from various territories of the country, and will be exhibited at the Ovalle Municipal Theater, the Valparaíso Cultural Park, Maule Regional Theater, Biobío Theater and La Pintana Municipal Theater, the Gabriela Mistral Center (GAM) and the Estación Mapocho Cultural Center and Teatro del Puente. 

The meeting also has a series of conversations around the themes proposed by the works under three curatorial lines: Human Rights, Gender Identity and Memory. The conversations will be moderated by Hiedra Magazine and displayed digitally on its platform. Various cultural personalities from the different countries that make up the initiative will participate in them. 

LRDV- EDLEC will take place between October 11 and 15 and is organized by the Santiago Off Foundation in alliance with the CCE Santiago, Teatro Cro (Croatia), the Embassy of Argentina, the Embassy of Austria, the Embassy of Costa Rica, the Embassy of Spain, the Embassy of France, the Embassy of Panama, the Embassy of Uruguay, Goethe-Institut Chile, Istituto Italiano di Cultura and the French Institute of Chile.
