The exhibitions scheduled for the visual arts hall will host four large exhibitions.
"The infinite round", which will run until March, currently presents works by 28 female artists who dialogue with the figure, legacy and validity of Gabriela Mistral. There are more than 50 works created between 1960 and 2025.
“From the Yeguas to Lemebel, who is the author of the work?” will bring together the emblematic photographs of Pedro Marinello about the artistic duo Las Yeguas del Apocalipsis, a counterculture phenomenon founded by Pedro Lemebel in 1987. It proposes to take these iconic images, expand them, bring them together and create new works with emerging artists.
There will also be the first exhibition of Guerrilla Girls and Guerrilla Girls Broadband in Chile, an anonymous artistic collective of feminist artists born in New York in 1985 and who denounced gender and race discrimination in art. The exhibition will review his work through posters, public actions and audiovisual material.
Finally, "Pepo: before and after Condorito" will be exhibited, an exhibition that explores the life, work and legacy of Chile's most iconic cartoonist and his influence on the graphic and pop culture of Latin America. An exhibition that reveals the multiple dimensions of the creator of Condorito with original archives and mediated experiences.
