A work on correspondence. A montage that invites the public to write texts to read on stage and send after the performance. Directed by Paula Aros.

The World Missives Archive opens one of its sessions in BiblioGAM to share the work they have done collecting, reading and studying letters from different places, times and repercussions. This session is Correo, a work about letters, about their analogous and slow value, about their power to change history.

When was the last time you sent a letter? Mail is also an invitation to write. The staging proposes that interested spectators collaborate with short texts written during the development of the work and a letter that will be sent some time after the performance.

The work written by Paula Aros and Tomás Espinosa comes one year after its premiere at Correo Central. As a complementary activity in GAM, a correspondence game between strangers will be opened, through the installation of a mailbox that is part of the collection of the Correos Chile Postal Museum.
