A reading workshop to learn and talk about Japan, aimed at children with their families.
Participants will learn passages from the book "Tales and Legends of Japan" by Amparo Takahashi, a mix of legends and superstitions.
The selected stories have as protagonists the tanuki and the fox, very popular animals in Japan, which show traits that continue to be deeply rooted in the Japanese character, such as giving “one hundred for one”, that is, always being grateful for the favor received no matter how small it may be.
Each session at the end of the reading will open conversation and reflection with the boys and girls along with their families and then have a day of crafts.
Aimed at children from 5 to 10 years old with their families.
