Karen Peñaloza is a library science technician and creator of Comida Aire, a paper toy store, a cardboard publisher where she works as editor, illustrator and binder.
Aerial Food is an artisanal publisher of mobile books where reused cardboard and other recycled elements are used as raw materials, as well as multiple colors and playful formats to invite people to explore the books and the stories contained in them. In the creation of books, explore different plastic techniques to make publications attractive. Among the favorites are woodcuts, stencils, folded paper and pop-up structures.
